Contract placements

2.25% of their day rate

Paid to you every month they bill, for as long as they keep working through the platform. A $775/day contractor you referred is roughly $378/month to you. Refer three and it adds up fast.

Permanent placements

1.5% of their salary

One payment, made once they pass probation. Refer someone into a $105,000 role and that is $1,575 for an introduction only you could make.

Illustrative amounts in your local currency. Your share is 25% of our platform fee and payouts land monthly on the 5th.

Invite someone you'd vouch for

Invitations are personal and the first accepted invite wins the chain of trust: they are your referral for good. Anyone else who vouches later counts as an endorsement.

They get vetted like everyone

A real person checks every member. Your name rides on who you bring, and that is exactly why employers trust the network more than a CV pile.

They work, you get paid

The moment they are placed your share starts. Track every placement and payout in your portal, with money landing monthly on the 5th.

Where the money comes from

Your share comes out of our platform fee, never out of anyone's pocket. The professional's rate does not drop, the employer's price does not rise, and you earn only while your referral is actually working. Nobody pays extra because you got paid.

Referring lives in your portal under Referrals. Members only, that is the point.
